Ryder Homes has been building award-winning new home communities throughout California & Nevada for over 60 years , and we're looking for a smart, talented, and highly motivated New Home Sales Agent to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA As a Ryder Homes Sales Agent, you will work approx. five days per week, including weekends , at our upcoming Meadow Creek community in Santa Rosa, CA ( [please apply online] ), where you and your partner will guide prospective homebuyers on their journey towards homeownership. In this role, you will be required to gain a comprehensive understanding of the floor plans, the options & upgrades program, and to possess the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with buyers, lenders, title, and the construction team. Ryder Sales Agents are responsible for the homebuyer experience from beginning to end, so it's a big job To succeed in this role, you will need to have top-notch communication and organization skills . The best agents on our team are self-motivated, autonomous, empathetic, accountable, and dependable . In addition to these qualities, below is a list of the minimum requirements you must meet for consideration: Minimum Applicant Requirements: ACTIVE California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License in good standing At least 1-year of active real estate experience Ability/desire to work on the weekends - 95% of our sales happen on Saturdays & Sundays Reliable transportation Proficient computer knowledge/skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and Social Media) No pending lawsuits or litigation Experience selling new homes is a plus, but not a requirement.
